I Trust Us – a rhyming poem to depict a time in my life where for a moment my past heart ache and life turmoil was at peace.

Whatever way my spaghetti words fall,

On this paper, doesn’t matter at all.

Or how my brain mistranslates,

Way before or after the gate.

I couldn’t have wanted any others more by my side,

I have had a truly amazing life.

An angel and I have felt your touch,

I didn’t know I was asking and got so much.

At your will I simply crush,

But I don’t care, as now I trust us.

Through thick and thin,

Through delusions and revelations.

Through heart ache and pain,

Through learning to live again.

I need no more than all of you,

But, I trust you and what you do.
